Châteaubriand

The Châteaubriand project involved the conversion of three row duplexes into an 11-unit rental housing project in the heart of Villeray. The original facades were restored, and an additional floor and mezzanine were added to the existing buildings. The structural challenge was successfully overcome. Each apartment is unique and was constructed according to its own layout plan, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Some units feature a backyard, while others have a mezzanine terrace. This upscale rental project was built with a commitment to meeting the high standards of the sector in terms of preserving the original facades and architectural integration.
